Here are some of the steps I will take to find
your dream home or investment.

In this market there are a lot of homes that never make it to the MLS system. These homes are priced well or have all the features. They are usually sold to existing clients within my office. These are clients I personally work with on a day to day basis to find the property of their dreams or the investment that works best. This is a fair service and you become a personal client. This is the single most important step. I will ask you series of questions to determine your price range and home requirements. All information is kept confidential. My goal is not to waste your time or mine looking at properties that are not suitable for you.

Once we have determined your wants and needs, I will guide you through the buying process. We usually start by getting you Pre-Qualified, then find the property you have been looking for. At this time my expertise kicks in as a professional negotiator, to get the best value for your money. I will explain all contracts and guide you through the inspection process to protect your interests.

My job is to take you through the buying process smoothly. Once we have accomplished that I remain your advisor in real estate matters throughout the duration of my career.
